OldConsoleMusic2OGG (NSF,SPC)

A simple and easy to use tool to convert old video game music formats to streaming format ogg.

Note:

The conversion is slow because its running on a mobile and its converting audio to OGG which takes time.

Features:

- Supports SGC, SFM, SPC, GYM, NSF, NSFE, GBS, AY, SAP, HES, KSS. Only NSF, SPC and HES are tested.

- Converts to ogg 44.kHz, 16 bit by default.

- Exports individual tracks of multi-tune formats like NSF.

- Configurable time limit of infinite or very long tunes.

Use example:

NSF of Zelda 2: Adventure of Link has 16 tracks. App will write 16 oggs with nsf file appended with -track-#-.ogg.

RSN files are not supported. Extract rsn files with rara utility and then convert them. E.g. Secret Of Mana rsn file can be opened with WinRar. Extract all spc files and load the folder or desired spc files in this app.

This is the 1st release and it came out of another project. I am actually working on an app "Best of SNES (Super Nintendo) Musics. I have collected ~350 musics from ~25000-40000 SPC files. Due to copyright fear i am not releasing this app. I am contacting publishers for their agreement. The way its going i don't think i can release that app with musics. So i will release what is possible.

Nsf2Ogg, spc2ogg etc. Convert NSF spc to ogg to wav or NSF to mp3. I choose ogg format over mp3 and wav due to better compression at lower size.
