PERLS (PERvasive Learning System) è un'applicazione di apprendimento con assistente personale progettata per supportare gli autodidatti adulti. Fornisce una piattaforma estendibile per diverse tecnologie didattiche, in particolare quelle sviluppate nell'ambito del programma ADL PAL.

L'obiettivo è espandere la disponibilità tramite un portale di self-provisioning e fornire alle organizzazioni la possibilità di implementare le proprie versioni private e sicure di PERLS.
