POSHAN Tracker is a comprehensive monitoring system that provides a complete 360-degree view of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) and their activities. The app enables real-time tracking and monitoring of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and manages beneficiary data for multiple groups including pregnant women, lactating mothers, children aged 0-6 years, and adolescent girls. Through this holistic platform, the service delivery by AWWs can be effectively monitored and managed to ensure proper implementation of nutrition programs. The system serves as an integrated solution for complete beneficiary management while maintaining real-time oversight of all AWCs and their operations.
