Have decided to start training using Pull Ups? Need something to track your progress?
This app lets you track your progress and view your workout history with ease!
Pull Ups are a great upper body exercise that hits multiple muscle groups, including your back, arms, and core as well. Our app, PullUps will track the number of workouts, sets and reps you do and give you various stats about your workout once you are done. It will also store all your workouts so you can go back and check in on your progress.
In order to record your workouts, simply start a new workout, add a new set, and then start doing pull ups on your pull up bar. When you are done with the set, tap away on the app to add the number of reps you did. Rinse and repeat for more sets! If you are done with your current workout, hit the done button and you will be automatically taken to a stats page where you can see how you did on your current work out. You can go back to the home screen and take a look at your workout history as well!
