A terminal that starts every time, and a home screen twice as fast.

• Fixed a terminal that could die on launch with "CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE" — the bootstrap could install, then fail to land, leaving no shell
• A prefix left that way now repairs itself next launch, instead of needing app data cleared
• Home screen opens in about half the time
• Exiting plan mode no longer asks permission first
• Model defaults updated across providers
