2. Increased Travel Speed for Cyber Hunting
3. Cybers will now drop Designs
4. Cybers killed outside Territorial Waters will now grant Guild Gifts
5. Items at the Port have been adjusted according to HQ level
6. Adjusted points obtained from certain tasks in Challenge events
7. Added more Commander avatars
8. All Guild members can now use Gold to repair or put out fires. "Edit Guild Buildings" permission is not required
