Shelter Zimbabwe is a land and housing development company. Our core business is to deliver serviced and titled residential stands ranging from high, medium, low density stands, cluster homes, garden flats, agro plots and in the process create the necessary supporting infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, commercial and shopping malls. This is done through strategic partnerships with various land owners ranging from private individuals, corporate organisations, Local Authorities and Government.

The land is subdivided through council approvals with the issuance of a development permit, so as to provide the required road infrastructure, water and sewerage reticulation and any other required services. When the infrastructure has been created, titles deeds are subsequently processed thereby allowing the stand holder the opportunity to proceed with the construction of the house.
