Silent Cry is a tool you will use when your phone is in silent or vibrate mode.

When your phone is on silent / vibration mode but you want to hear calls or text messages from someones.

That is what Silent Cry does.

You make a list of people that you want to hear them call or text you even if your phone is silent and that's all.

But there are some times your phone must be in real silence. Don't worry you can easily disable your list.
