Smart Envi consente agli utenti di gestire i propri riscaldatori tramite applicazioni mobili. Gli utenti possono aggiungere riscaldatori al proprio account, impostare la temperatura, accendere/spegnere il riscaldatore, gestire la luce notturna, la spia luminosa, il display, il blocco bambini, le impostazioni di protezione antigelo. Inoltre, l'utente può impostare timer, creare programmi e aggiungere eventi di geofencing.

L'utente può creare un gruppo di dispositivi e gestirli tutti insieme. Possono invitare altri utenti della stufa e/o del gruppo.
