2015-09-02 v.1.0.4 - Fixed couple of problems on Lollipop.

2015-08-24 v.1.0.3 - Removed advertising, integrated new licensing scheme (current users get a free license). Removed timed mute options on Lollipop because that version of Android already has such feature built in. If there are any problems, please write to [email protected] for a fix. Thanks in advance!
