• To provide a mobile application for the citizen to directly lodge the

complaints related to consumer goods

• To develop a web based interface for the same

• To provide a platform for the citizen to monitor the progress of the

complaints lodged and understand the status of the action in different

stages

• To provide a tracking system to make sure that the complaints are well

addressed and take action in timely manner

• To enhance the grievance management mechanism and to make it

transparent

• To provide a comprehensive audit log system for tracking registered

complaints

• To provide a workflow enabled ticketing system

• To provide a comprehensive communication channel by including

citizens and departments and retailers to minimize the fraudulent

activities by defining a clear escalation matrix.
