Home Screen Widget Update:
Now works similarly to the in-app tracker.
Tap the bottom part to increment values.
Tap the top part to navigate to the associated tracker.
Added an Undo button for quick corrections.
Values now reset automatically as expected.
Fixed issues with tracker reordering.
