TidyPanel Notification Cleaner

- updated to fix the notification not fetching issue on some devices (tap refresh icon if notifications doesn't show)
- UI and under the hood performance improvements

- added ability to hide two notifications on free version

NOTE: If a notification is not hidden by title and body, play around with custom text. If 'apps' doesn't work for '2 apps are using battery', delete the entry and add another with 'battery' as custom text.
