Fixed server lag issues

In the this release almost the entire app has been rewritten or optimized. Major highlights include:
- Added layouts to better handle tablets.
- Data usage has been reduced.
- Major speed improvements in screen updates.
- Live screen is much faster.
- Changed the way image downloading works so that images are downloaded only when needed.
- Fixed crashes that were occurring on older Samsung S series devices.
