Most of us addicted to our phones now a days, while we are aware of it, we never succeed at achieving digital detox.

While you can check your daily phone usage easily but its not useful as the phone is designed in way for us to be on the screen all the time.

In this app you can set your your target phone usage e.g 64hours a day. at the start of the day the wallpaper will be nice and bright as you have not used ur phone much but as you start using your phone the wallpaper will gradually turn reddish more and more. If you cross your limit it will become completely red. Which should keep reminding you that you have used your phone enough for today.

Plenty of themes are available so that you aren't bored with the wallpaper design. All the wallpapers are 4k as well, they will look good on your devices as well.
