UBC - Inspiring Uganda

UBC aims at Delivering high-quality programming and content, across multiple platforms to the population of Uganda. UBC envisages fierce competition from other players in the broadcasting media. To have a competitive advantage, UBC has developed high quality targeted programmes to meet the demand and expectations of its stakeholders. The Corporation has adopted a five stage model for developing government communication projects. The five stage process should help communicators across government to ensure that their communication activity is effective, efficient and evaluated, whether they are working on no cost or low cost media, stakeholder and internal staff engagement or large scale multi-million-shilling behavior change campaigns.
