2. View the status of pending Calls

3. View the Executive name of pending calls

4. You Can escalate the unattended calls

5. You can Rate the Closed Calls

6. You can view common/specific Notifications in the Home Page

7. Referral Program : If you refer a New Customer, Some Points will be added in your account. These points are converted to Amount which can be Redeemed while buying other product or Paying AMC.

8. You can Register General Feed Back

9. You can also view our Products.

10. Pending Calls Listing will be seen until it is closed

11. Closed Calls Listing will be available for the last 3 Months.

12. You can Re Open any Closed Calls within 7 Days, if you do not Satisfy on the solution given

13. A Message will be pushed to your Notification Area in the Home Page, if you do not respond to our Executive's call.
