Important Note:
1. Please update controller to 1.6.1

Features:
1. Update target API level to Android 9.0 per Google Play's request
2. Disable firmware update capability in LAN mode if device is adopted by controller
3. Add "Nearby Detection" in LED settings
4. Add "Nearby Detection" and "Light Switch Mode/Light Dimmer Mode" in Dimmer settings

Fixed Issues:
1. Stability improvement

Known issues:
1. "Nearby Detection" may not be synchronized correctly
