With the VA-e Mob, charging your electric vehicle has become easier and more intuitive. Follow these steps to use our recharge network:

1. Open the VA-e Mob app: After downloading the app, log in or create an account to access all features. The app uses geolocation to show you the charging stations closest to you.

2. Select the charging station: On the home screen, you will see a map with available stations. Choose the most convenient station and see details such as plug availability, power and recharge price.

3. Scan the QR Code: When you arrive at the station, locate the QR Code on the charger and use the app to scan it. This will identify the station and connect the charging process to your vehicle.

4. Recharge validation: After scanning the QR Code, check the station details in the application and confirm the operation. This will ensure that the recharge starts correctly.

5. Connect the plug: Now, connect the charging cable to your vehicle. The app will automatically confirm that the plug is connected and ready to start charging.

6. Simplified payments: VA-e Mob offers several payment options directly through the app, such as credit card, Pix or pre-loaded balance. Choose your preferred payment method, confirm the operation and the recharge will begin immediately.

7. Track the recharge: While the recharge is being carried out, you can follow the progress in real time through the app, including the amount of energy supplied and the time remaining.

8. Completion: When the recharge is complete, the app will notify you. You can then disconnect the cable and go on your way. The recharge receipt will be available in the app for later reference.
