Patient education tool for use by Health Care Professionals in counselling patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome.

Includes 3D animations that explain the disease and a 3D model of the heart that can be customised to illustrate different ACS presentations and interventions.

Intended to be used either in the hospital setting before or after an intervention, during discharge consultations or in cardiac rehab sessions to assist with explaining the patient’s diagnosis and steps involved with ongoing elements of secondary prevention.
