Virtual Patient CD

Virtual Patient CD allows you - as a patient - to access the results of your radiological examination, including pictures, videos and documents. The medical institution that has conducted the medical examinations is required to meet a number of prerequisites (see terms of use).

Access to your radiological images

This application offers you an easy, fast and secure access to your radiological data. As soon as you have downloaded the App and have informed the examining medical institution of your security code, the radiological images are sent directly to your mobile device.

Easy Operation

Your mobile device notifies you as soon as new radiological images are available. You can open the images in full-screen mode, zoom in or move the selected section. If the available data is a medical video, this can be played on your mobile device as well. Note that images or videos are being optimized regarding size and resolution. Hence, this application is not to be used for diagnostic purposes.

Your data is safe

The distinct and randomly generated security codes for your mobile device help secure that you are the only one with access to your images. The images on your mobile device are kept in an encrypted format and can only be viewed via this App. The data is accessible on your mobile device for two months. The access is automatically restricted thereafter and all medical data is removed entirely.
