Spotlight is an associate influencer tool for salaried members of management at Walmart US who are part of the SOAR (Spotlight: Our Associates Recognized) Associate Influencer Program.

Use Spotlight to:

Browse Challenges - These are social media prompts from Home Office with a call-to-action to post on Facebook or Instagram. Challenges may be about products, services, brand reputation, etc.

Track Performance - See the metrics for your Challenge posts’ across Facebook and Instagram, including reach, engagement, engagement rate, and video views.

Create Profile - Provide contact information, portfolio links, skills, etc. These will be viewable by Home Office and you may be contacted for additional experiences and opportunities based on your information!
