New: Wind Map Overlay
- Animated wind particles visualize real-time wind direction and speed using Open-Meteo API data
- Wind speed heatmap with absolute color scale (0–100 km/h): blue (calm) → cyan → green → yellow → red (strong)
- Wind data fetched as a 5×5 grid across the visible map bounds, interpolated with inverse-distance weighting
- 5-minute client-side cache with bounds-aware invalidation
