2018-05-28 Update: If you're running into the sound issue, please checkout WhatTCSay2 in the app store. It's work-in-progress of the second iteration of WhatTCSay. You may need to manually search for it "WhatTCSay2".

Update: There is a known issue where the sound may be muted. If you're running into this issue, verify that your media volume or your ringer volume is not muted.

The world's first Teochew language dictionary and phrasebook Android App for English speakers! Anyone who would like to learn or improve their Teochew will have access to:

* 4000+ word entries and sound files

* Dictionary word search tool

* Chinese characters, Teochew peng-im (romanization), English

* 15 phrasebook categories

What's new in the latest 2.3

Fixes on version 2.3:
* Fix crash on KitKat platform. A side effect is the loss of the favorite words, because the encryption on the previous database is no longer supported by our third-party lib and the newer version of the lib would not allow our app to access the older database.

If you are still encountering the crash, please forward us the crash reports. If it continues to be an issue, please uninstall and reinstall. Every crash report helps us better diagnose the root cause. Thank you!
