Work Rest:Focus Pomodoro Timer

- Added the ability to keep the screen always on for the timer
- The restriction on checking the uniqueness of the category name has been relaxed. Now the uniqueness check is carried out only within current level of a category
- Changed the default work time to 25 minutes.
- Removed the default timer setting - mislead users. Timers need to be changed through categories
- Improved German translation
- The category card now shows the duration of work and rest periods
