Workable

The Workable app provides support for the implementation of a comprehensive action plan in the workplace, customized for the person with disabilities followed by the Job Coach. Through the use of specific Activities and Tasks set in the app, the Job Coach can develop an operational plan to effectively follow the client (the person with disabilities) and ensure their well-being in the workplace. The app is linked to a game-based training platform used for the professional training of the Job Coaches that will support people with mental disabilities.
