Raon House is a high-class residence located at the back gate of Konkuk University.

There is a slight difference in price depending on the size of the room and the presence or absence of a personal washing machine.

For washing machines, there is a private room washing machine and a shared washing machine.

For drying, there is a common clothes dryer, so if you dry it after washing, it will dry out.

The room size is also relatively large compared to other places, and the soundproofing is very good, so the occupants are very satisfied.

There are no other costs other than the entrance fee.

Rice and kimchi are always provided in the shared kitchen.

There is no need to worry about cockroaches and insects as they receive pesticides from CESCO on a regular basis.
