30日の戦闘機の挑戦に関与トレーニングは蹴り、パンチ&腕立て伏せです。

Welcome to 30 Day Fighter Challenge, the workouts involved in this fighter challenge are side kicks, straight punches and push ups. Perform the exercises which will be shown on specific days with specific time intervals and become a fighter in 30 days.

Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day fighter challenge. Please keep your body hydrated all the time, so its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. Eating whole foods and forgetting processed or canned foods will keep you healthy. Take pre workout and post workout drinks like green smoothies, so that your body recovers soon and finally its better to eat smaller portions of food many times in a day instead of having one big meal.
