7 minute workout app can be a daily workout and only takes 7 minutes a day to lose weight, it includes 12 exercises Jumping Jacks, Wall Sit, Push Ups, Abdominal Crunch, Chair Step Ups, Squats, Chair Triceps Dip, Plank, High Knees, Lunges, Push Up with Rotation, Side Planks, and we added Yoga poses for you to cool down and lose weight.

We included three full body workout variations (easy, regular, hard) so you can exercise without equipment or with some dumbbells.
