Welcome to Aavana to signify protection; protection from lifestyle-related health challenges. Aavana is for use by The Art of Living’s Wellness Program vertical teachers only.

Aavana is a one-stop App for all that you as a The Art of Living’s Wellness Program teacher require. You are welcome to access all the course material that you will require to share with your course participants.

Currently all the reference material that you require to equip yourself as an effective Wellness Program teacher are available to you in the module called ‘For your reference only’. Similarly, the content that you will require to share in our courses is available in the module called ‘For course delivery’.
