ADF Active

ADF Active helps you get fit enough for the Australian Defence Force. It allows you to evaluate how close you are to ADF recruitment standards, then helps you get fit enough to join the Navy, Army or Air Force.

Attaining the fitness required to join the Navy, Army or Air Force is well within most people's capability. ADF Active is the smarter, more efficient way to reach that level.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Take the Pre-Entry Fitness Assessment (PFA) to see how close you are to the ADF requirements for male and female recruits. You can also check out your Body Mass Index.

PERSONALISED PROGRAM

From your results, ADF Active creates a personalised program designed to get you to the required fitness level for your gender and preferred service.

TECHNIQUE TRAINING

You'll be shown the correct way to do push-ups, sit-ups and a Beep Test, with step-by-step instructional images and videos.

PROGRESS TRACKING

Check how you're progressing with stats, graphs and badges.

EXPERT GUIDANCE

Along the way you'll receive in-app advice and motivation from ADF PT Instructors.
