Amazon Flex - Getting Started

Taking on feedback from previous reviews we have remade this app with 2 major changes.

1. Downloading of Flex App - We have completely changed the final stage of the guide to prevent issues with downloading the official Amazon Flex app that were reported to us.

2. Less Ads - A lot of feedback was based around there being to many ads. We have reduced the amount of ads in the app to improve user experience.
