Changes in version 1.21:
Added Offline Mode. If enabled from Settings, the app will allow screen navigation without a connection.
Added a screen to check for new versions. This screen can also be used to select which version to initialize on offline mode.
Added Test Tools screen.
Bug fixes and UI improvements.

Added Arem Mobile Dongle update screen.
Fixed driver graphs screen issues including scaling and displaying of some values.
