Added new flight levels up to FL250 for weights below 20T for cruise parameters.
Enhanced performances.
Added new notes to most pages.
Enhanced Climb Performances page (easier to use).
Removed "Substract Climb Fuel Burnout" as it's done automatically.
Added Final Cruise Level Weight.
Added VmLB values for each climb gradient calculations.
Ground speed information doesn't affect Cruise performances results or RoC.
