Change: Improved performance of airport search.
Change: Added a second NOTAM source for redundancy.
Change: Showing METAR and TAF in detail view as soon as they are available - previously the NOTAM update had to finish as well.

Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the detail view was shown for a wrong airport (not the one selected from the list).
Minor bugfixes and performance improvements.
