Thank you for using AxisCare! We update our app regularly with new features, performance enhancements, and reliability improvements.

- caregivers are now prompted with an "Are you sure?" message before discarding unsaved ADLs, notes, or visit signatures
- the Call Client workflow was changed to prevent a problem where the call dialog would "stack" many times onto the screen
- when viewing client forms, the Medical Decisions field for responsible parties always said No
