Bajaj initiative of sustaining their improvement on implementation of core after-sales processes, which is primarily driven for higher owner satisfaction with the vehicle service experience. Bajaj's Dealership Service Standards does exactly that and revolves around 4 key Audit Process Pillars (listed in order of importance): Process; Manpower; Tools and Equipment; Infrastructure and CI Elements. Overall customer satisfaction is also measured, with a higher score indicating higher satisfaction.

This APP is for Area Service Manager's and Dealers of Bajaj who can take an audit of a Dealer and ASC respectively, submit the audit on completion and also view the detailed reports of the Dealers and ASC's audited. Once the Audit is submitted the Dealers and ASC's can view their audit in the Dealer and ASC respective Portals provisioned.
