BASF OrderMate is an app of the business unit Nutrition & Health of BASF SE. Invited customers and employees can use extensive functions via their personal profile:

- At one glance: The dashboard provides quick information about all orders and their current status

- Secure data retrieval: Obtain important information for all relevant orders in the detail view, safely via your personal profile

- Alert: OrderMate sends push notifications whenever the status of an order changes

- Feedback: Evaluate the delivery service of the order as soon as it has arrived
