BEC 2018

The Tata Business Excellence Convention (BEC) is one of the long standing platforms of the Tata Group that has been serving and fuelling its volition led journey to excellence. Initiated in mid 1990s as an annual event for the Assessors to celebrate their togetherness, the BEC has grown to include many critical purposes such as the tightening the Tata glue, discovering the emerging trends, absorbing the strategic imperatives and refocusing energy towards achieving the group goals. Over the last two decades, numerous thought leaders from India and across the globe, both from within and outside the group, have etched the legacy of the Convention with ideas that shape the corporations of the future.
