New for 1.5 - some users commented that the screen needs to be able to scroll up to make it easier to enter numbers in to some of the fields, so that's been added.

Also took the opportunity to make design changes to the colour of the buttons to make it more uniform.

1.4 - the ability to e-mail out the PDF of the work out sheet.
fixed an issue with tablet devices not displaying correctly.
