Experimental support for 1.13's new data format.
Updated blocks list.
It is no easy to keep the app up to date with Minecraft itself, sorry for any inconvenience and please always make a copy of your World in your file manager app before editing with Blocktopograph. Those have no idea about "files" in a computer or phone are not suggested to use editing features (NBT editor, Search & Replace, ...) in this app. Ask your parents for help.
