Bug fixes and user experience improvements, including:

Confidential Groups
- Configure a sensitive group as a "Confidential" group.
- Confidential group names are masked from any non-member recipients

Confidential Posts
- New option when creating a post that masks all post recipients.

Auto Notices for Students
- Students will now see Student Notices. Requires that StudentSquare is enabled.

HTML for Smart Alerts
- Smart alerts now displays formatted messages.
