Broadcast Me RTSP Developer Edition allows you to broadcast live video and audio from your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to any server that supports RTSP publishing of H.264/AAC stream.

You just need to enter a valid RTMP link and then check the media server. ( A link should look similar to this: rtmp://55.55.555.55/appname/streamname)
