v.0.4.0 - Soft-Launch Update #3

1. For better gameplay experience we added the following visual components:
- New animation for fill-up bar located within the HUD.
- New 'Floating Card' animation to better indicate what Strains are being planted.
- New player level-up celebration screen which shows you the Unlocked cards.

2. We also improved the Tutorial process.

3. General art revisions have been implemented as well.
