1.71c - Emergency bugfix for a rare bug that prevented adding pictures to some quizzes.

1.71b - Emergency bugfix for those updating from very old versions of CAQ, where the updater would crash.

1.71 - Added a new 'icon' feature to quizzes where you can put an icon at the top of your questions
Fixed a bug where deleted questions would not export correctly
Fixed a bug where is was impossible to upgrade
