Content Optimization:
1. Adjusted the time of World Ruins, Holy Aura Seeker, Dimensional Invasion, Cosmic War, and other events to make them more convenient to participate in for Lords in different time zones.
2. Reducing the requirements for entering Ruins. Lords now need to reach Lv12 to explore them.

Bug Fixes
1. Fixed a bug where troops could not be withdrawn from Legion resource points and other resource efficiency bugs.
2. Fixed a bug where the Path of Kings quest could not be completed.
