Cocbases(Copy Base Links Fast)

1. Every Base goes through Approval Process for Base and Copy Link Checking.
2. Predefined Filters (War for Town Halls, Trophy for Builder Hall) Removed, So Every Layout will be available with Main Town Hall Selection Filter.
3. Performance Improvements.
4. Base Deleting is now available only through Profile. You cant delete layouts on home single post screen.
