This update provides a bugfix.

What was new in version 3.0.0:

You can now send a warning to other app users if your self test result is positive.
If you have tested positive at a test center after taking a rapid test or PCR test that wasn’t registered in the app, you can now warn others.
In the coming weeks, the TAN hotline will be removed. You can now warn other users of the app without the need for a TAN.
