This release brings new functionality to Procedures to support more complex MOPs and SOPs.
· New, optional informational fields in Procedures let customers provide greater context and instruction to techs.
· New branching feature that allows Procedures to expand to additional steps while work is being done based on the responses to previous steps.
· Added ability to un-approve (i.e., revoke approval from) a Work Order or a parent-child suite of Work Orders that have already been approved.
