Dabt Al-Quran

Dabt al-Quran knowledge which has emerged since centuries ago, is aiming to honour and make easy for al-Quran readers in the recognition of al-Quran diacritics. This is because al-Quran was revealed verbally in the time of Rasulullah SAW and without diacritics which has made difficult the reading especially for non-Arabs. With the existence of these diacritics, readers are able to understand the tasks and functions of them that it can be applied in the accurate recitation of al-Quran. This is because the weakness in the recitation of al-Quran with tajweed is one of main problems overwhelming the Muslim community nowadays. Therefore, a mobile phone software using android platform is built to improve the potential of Dabt al-Quran knowledge in assisting al-Quran readers to read it with tajweed. This software also comes with the display of definitions for each diacritic contained in al-Quran. Also displayed are the pronunciation techniques through audio and video recordings by experts of al-Quran. This software is also equipped with sets of extensive interactive exercises as training for the users.
